Since CSD pursue core value of multidisciplinarity and interdiscplinarity, the academic programs and research themes call for diverse perspectives and subject matter of specializations. The CSD staff members comprise academics and researchers who drew from various disciplines in and outside of the country. CSD offers position for senior researchers and academics as an affiliate and adjunct staff members from other Universities and institutions which located inside and outside of the country.
