The College of Social Sciences of AAU holds a consultative meeting with various of its academic staff on “Promoting Interdisciplinary Social Science Research on Sustainable Development” (SDGs) in Ethiopia” at the Hilton Addis Hotel on February 9, 2023. The half-day consultative discussion was co-organized by the SustGOV-NORHED project . Debebe Ero (PhD), in his opening remarks, stated that the purpose of the meeting was to identify thematic areas from the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) that will guide the college’s efforts in teaching, research, and community service within the upcoming three to five years. It is anticipated that the output of the workshop will align with the strategic plan of the college and help to prepare for the upcoming university autonomy.
